If you do not agree with any portion of these rules, please refrain from using our Platform. When acting on behalf of a business entity, you confirm that you possess the necessary authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Account Requirements

To unlock the full potential of CodeTea, you must register for an account. By doing so, you promise to supply accurate information and to safeguard your login credentials. You are held accountable for any actions performed under your account.

Furthermore, you must meet the legal age of digital consent applicable in your local jurisdiction (e.g., at least 13 years old in the US, or 16 in parts of the EU) to utilize our services. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify us right away at support@codetea.io.

3. Our Platform and AI Features

CodeTea equips developers and designers with innovative tools designed to accelerate workflows. Our offerings encompass:

• Automated generation and refinement of user interfaces and code blocks;
• Translation of visual assets (like mockups or documents) into functional, developer-ready formats;
• A suite of robust APIs for enterprise and individual integration.

Please be aware that our Platform heavily utilizes artificial intelligence. As such, the deliverables generated might occasionally contain imperfections, inaccuracies, or unexpected behaviors. It is solely your responsibility to audit and verify any AI-generated outputs before deploying them, particularly in sensitive or high-risk environments.

4. Rules of Conduct

While enjoying CodeTea, you pledge not to:

• Engage in illegal activities or infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or any code intended to harm digital infrastructure;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our models, bypass security protocols, or ignore rate limits;
• Use data extracted from our Platform to develop a competing artificial intelligence system;
• Employ automated bots to scrape our website outside of the designated API channels.

Violating these guidelines may result in the immediate suspension or permanent deletion of your account.

5. Billing and Subscriptions

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription or the purchase of usage credits. Pricing details are clearly outlined during the checkout process.

Please note that we do not automatically renew your subscriptions at the end of your billing cycle. You will need to manually renew your subscription if you wish to continue using the premium features. Additionally, all purchases, including credit packs, are generally non-refundable once consumed, except where mandated by local consumer protection laws.

6. Your Materials

Any data, images, code snippets, or text you submit to CodeTea ("Your Materials") remain entirely your property. We do not claim ownership over what you bring to the table.

However, in order for our Platform to function, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display Your Materials. This permission is strictly limited to operating the Platform, ensuring security, and complying with legal obligations.

Privacy & Training: We strongly respect your privacy. CodeTea will never employ Your Materials to train or fine-tune our underlying machine learning models without obtaining your explicit, opt-in consent first.

7. AI-Generated Output

Provided you adhere to these Terms, CodeTea assigns to you all rights to the code, designs, or text produced by our AI based on your inputs. You are free to utilize these creations for both personal and commercial projects.

It is important to note that global copyright laws regarding AI-generated works are still evolving. We cannot guarantee that the assets produced are legally copyrightable or entirely free from claims by third parties. Additionally, owing to the nature of AI, it is possible for the system to generate highly similar results for different users given similar prompts.

8. Ownership of the Platform

Everything that makes up CodeTea—including our source code, algorithms, brand assets, logos, and UI designs—is the exclusive property of CodeTea or our licensors. Using our tools does not grant you ownership over the underlying technology.

9. Disclaimers & Limitations

OUR PLATFORM IS DELIVERED TO YOU ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED PROMISES, INCLUDING THOSE REGARDING RELIABILITY, ACCURACY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Under no circumstances shall CodeTea be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, data loss, or business interruptions stemming from your use or inability to use our Platform.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold CodeTea harmless against any legal claims, damages, or financial losses (including attorney fees) that arise because of (a) the materials you upload, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your misuse of the outputs generated by our Platform.

11. Account Closure

You are free to walk away and terminate your account whenever you choose by visiting your settings panel or reaching out to us. Conversely, we reserve the right to revoke your access if you breach our guidelines or pose a risk to the CodeTea ecosystem.
